ALL ABOUT THE REDS
2023 Cabernet Franc: 96% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot. Fruit driven Cabernet Franc with silky tannins.
2023 Red Blend: A blend of Merlot, Cab Suav and Petit Verdot. This is s bold, Virgininan expression of these Bordeaux varietals. Bright on the nose, with a full palate and lengthy finish.
Port Style Dessert Wine: not sure on the blend yet. 10% residual sugar and 21% alcohol, this will be a robust and full bodied desert wine.

UNWIND WITH THE WHITES
2023 Chardonnay: 100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Crisp and austere with good pallet length.
2023 White Blend: A blend Vidal and Petit Manseng. Floral and aromatic , with good balance between acidity and sweetness.

ROSE IT UP
2023 Sparkling Rose: Comprised primarily of Chambourcin with a touch of Chardonnay to add softness. Made in the Charmat Method. Vibrant and bright with a touch of sweetness.
