Wedding Coordination
Our Month-of Coordination package begins approximately one month before the wedding, giving your coordinator plenty of time to learn the details of your day, connect with your vendors, finalize logistics, and step in as your primary point of contact as the wedding approaches.

Final planning meeting and venue walkthrough

Creation and finalization of a detailed wedding-day timeline

Vendor confirmations and communication beginning approximately one month before the wedding

Finalization of the reception floor plan and ceremony layout

Rental coordination, including confirmation of delivery, placement, and pickup details

For couples who want support from the beginning of the planning process all the way through the final moments of their wedding day, our Full-Service Planning & Design package offers comprehensive guidance, planning, design, and coordination from start to finish.

Who will be my coordinator?
We have a wonderful team of coordinators! Your coordinator will be assigned first based on our team’s availability for your wedding date and then on who we believe will be the best personality fit for you and your wedding.

We want you to feel comfortable with the person by your side on such an important day, so we take both availability and compatibility into consideration when making assignments.
When will I meet my coordinator?
This depends on the package you select.
​
For Month-of Coordination, you’ll meet with your coordinator during your final planning meeting and venue walkthrough. Your coordinator will also lead your ceremony rehearsal and, of course, be with you on your wedding day.
​
Beginning approximately one month before your wedding, your coordinator will also be monitoring communication, answering emails, communicating with vendors, and becoming familiar with all of the details of your day so they’re fully prepared when wedding weekend arrives.

Our Full-Service Planning & Design couples will work with their planning team much earlier in the process and have significantly more communication and planning support throughout their engagement.
Does Month-of Coordination include my rehearsal?
Yes! Month-of Coordination includes coordination of your ceremony rehearsal. Your coordinator will walk your wedding party through the ceremony, processional, recessional, positioning, and other ceremony-related logistics so everyone knows where they need to be and what to expect on the wedding day.
Please note that this includes the ceremony rehearsal only. Planning or coordination of a rehearsal dinner or other gathering following the rehearsal is not included, but can be added as an À La Carte Service.
What’s the difference between Month-of Coordination and Full-Service Planning & Design?
The simplest way to think about it is:

Month-of Coordination helps execute the wedding you’ve planned. Full-Service Planning & Design helps you plan it.

With Month-of Coordination, you’ve already selected your vendors and made the major planning and design decisions. Approximately one month before the wedding, we step in to learn your plans, finalize the logistics, communicate with your vendors, create the final timeline, and execute everything you’ve put together.
​
With Full-Service Planning & Design, we’re involved much earlier and help guide the planning process itself — from budgeting and vendor sourcing to design direction, logistics, timelines, and ultimately the execution of your wedding day.
​
Full-Service Planning & Design also includes everything offered in our Month-of Coordination package.
Can we add À La Carte Services to Month-of Coordination?
Absolutely! That's exactly why we offer them. Month-of Coordination gives you the essential support needed to execute your wedding, while our À La Carte Services allow you to add extra help wherever you need it most.

Whether that's centerpiece setup, help with your seating chart, coordinating your rehearsal dinner, packing personal items at the end of the night, or something else entirely, we can customize your services to fit your wedding.
I already have a wedding planner or coordinator. Can I still use Reitano Catering?
Absolutely! Please still inquire with us.

We understand that couples may have already hired a full-service planner before choosing Reitano as their venue and caterer. You will not be required to purchase our full Month-of Coordination package in addition to the planner you’ve already hired.
​
For these situations, we offer a separate Catering Oversight Package that allows our team to handle the Reitano-specific catering, rental, and service logistics while working alongside your existing planner.

Why do you call it Month-of Coordination instead of Day-of Coordination?
Because great wedding coordination starts long before the wedding day! In order for your coordinator to confidently step in, communicate with your vendors, understand your plans, finalize your timeline, and know all of the little details you've spent months planning, we need time to get to know your wedding.
Our Month-of Coordination service begins approximately one month before your wedding so that when your wedding day arrives, your coordinator isn't walking in for the first time — they're already informed, prepared, and ready to take over.
How much are your À La Carte Services?
Every wedding is different! Our À La Carte Services can be added to your coordination or planning package based on your individual needs. Pricing is customized based on the scope and complexity of the service. Tell us a little more about what you need, and we'll provide you with a flat-rate quote.
Is coordination required to have my wedding at Reitano Vineyards?
No! Coordination services are not required simply because you're hosting your wedding at Reitano Vineyards. You're welcome to hire your own coordinator or manage those responsibilities yourself.

However, if you choose Reitano Vineyards for your catering, our Month-of Coordination package is required. This ensures there is a dedicated point person overseeing the wedding-day timeline, communicating with the couple and vendors, coordinating rentals and setup, and working directly with our catering team throughout the event.
