Reitano catering offers a selection of appetizers and buffet stations, as well as a bar package. For fundraisers, ask about our budget-friendly meal!

​Due to health codes, if you're having your reception in Reitano's Tasting Room, you are required to use Reitano Vineyard's catering. For Old Springhouse events, we do not require the use of our catering and bartending services, but it is highly recommended. If you are interested in booking catering and bartending services through Reitano Vineyards, please contact catering@reitanovineyards.com to get a quote.

Bar Package
Reitano Vineyards is a winery, and as such, requires the purchase of Reitano wine. Our wines range from $35 to $45 per bottle. Check out our wine selection!
Purchasing Guidelines: For 100 guests, consider 30 bottles of red wine and 20 bottles of white wine (Winter & Fall weddings). In the Spring and Summer, you would want to reverse that and purchase 30 bottles of white wine and 20 bottles of red wine - but, you know your guests the best! (They might prefer beer or mixed drinks over wine) It’s your call!
Bartending


$50 P/H for Each Bartender Needed - 5 Hour Minimum for Weddings & 30-Minute Set Up (30-Minute Set Up, 1 Hour for Cocktail Hour, and a 4 Hour Reception) - $275/ Total for Weddings for 1 Bartender.

For example, a wedding with 200 guests, serving mixed drinks would require 4 bartenders - $1,100.00 for 5.5 hours of service
You can bring your own beer and liquor. The Old Springhouse at Reitano Vineyards requires you to purchase and provide an ABC Banquet License, which can be purchased on the Virginia ABC website. This should be completed 1 month prior to the event, as they can take up to 2 weeks to process.
Reitano Vineyards does not provide beer and liquor. If that’s a selection you would like, you will be required to provide it so that our staff can serve it to your guests.
Additionally, you CAN bring in your own ‘Bar Back’ (Mixers and Non-Alcoholic Options) OR Reitano Vineyards Can Provide Diet Coke, Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, OJ, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lemons, Limes, Oranges, Cherries, and Ice for $8.50/PP.
Rentals
The Old Springhouse at Reitano Vineyards does NOT provide any other rental options at this time. We recommend Grand Event Center in Winchester for all of your rental needs.
Additionally, Amazon sells some GREAT disposable options for glasses, plates, utensils, and napkins, as well as tablecloths.

*The Old Springhouse is NOT responsible in the event that there are not enough glasses, plates, utensils, or napkins - make sure you purchase extra! The Old Springhouse is NOT responsible for placing glasses, plates, utensils, or napkins on the tables, and as such recommends placing these items on the ‘Stations’ so that guests can grab them as they move through the buffet. If you desire these items to be placed on the tables ahead of time, please make sure that a responsible member of the wedding party takes care of placement OR please make sure it is in your contract for your wedding planner/coordinator to take care of this.*
Staff
Staff for the Stations & Clean Up are included in the price of the ‘Stations’. Clean up includes maintaining trash receptacles and clearing plates of food that guests have not brought to the trash upon completion of the meal. The staff will also clear empty glasses that do not appear to be being used by guests.

​If REAL glasses are being used (not disposable plastic), then The Old Springhouse at Reitano Vineyards requires a flat fee of $50.00, as we will be washing and reusing glasses throughout the evening.
