2023 Red Blend
A fruit-forward blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Aged 10 months in neutral French oak barrels. Youthful, fresh, and versatile, this wine is suitable for any occasion. Bottle sales only.
2024 Bianco
100 % Vidal Blanc. Stainless steel fermented and aged. 4g/L residual sugar, considered off dry. Bright tropical notes with crisp acidity.
2024 Heritage
A blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. Aged for 7 months in neutral and new French oak.
2023 Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months with gentle lees stirring every 3 weeks. Bright and balanced with a latent finish.
2024 Sparkling Cider
A blend of unique Stayman, Winesap, Goldrush, and Hewes Crab apples. Fermented in stainless steel and made sparkling in the charmet method.
2024 Pinot Grigio
100% Pinot Grigio 70% tank and 30% neutral French oak fermented. Dry and rich with a beautiful finish.
2024 Sparkling Rose
A blend of Chambourcin and Vidal Blanc. Fermented in stainless steel and made sparkling in the charmet method. Residual sugar is 6g/L offering a crisp, refreshing, and acidic profile.
2024 Chardonnay
100% chardonnay fermented and aged in stainless steel. Light bodied with a clean, refreshing finish.
