DO YOU HAVE IN-HOUSE CATERING?
DO YOU REQUIRE SPECIFIC VENDORS?
Yes! Reitano catering is required when booking the Tasting Room, Toasting Room, or Tasting Loft. It is optional when booking the Springhouse, Villa, or Pavilion.
No. You can bring your own vendors, but we are happy to make recommendations. If you choose to book Reitano's catering, our in house coordination is also required.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
ARE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?
Dogs are allowed outdoors but unless they're service dogs, they're not permitted indoors. We do allow dogs in our nearby Airbnb, Sydonia's Place, with an additional pet fee.
The Villa is included in the price of the Old Springhouse wedding rental. The River View house is included in the price of the Tasting Room wedding rental. Sydonia's Place is not included.
WHEN DOES MUSIC HAVE TO SHUT OFF?
IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?
Smoking is allowed OUTDOORS. If we find cigarettes on the ground, it will result in a $200 fee to the card on file.

DO WE NEED TO REMOVE OUR OWN TRASH?
Please take all of your decorations with you when you leave. Bag up all trash and have it ready at the designated pick up location for us to remove.
IF WE BOOK THE OLD SPRINGHOUSE BUT NOT REITANO CATERING, CAN WE BOOK IN-HOUSE COORDINATION?
Yes.
ARE WE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE REITANO WINE?
If your wedding or event is being held at The Tasting Room, you are required to exclusively use Reitano wine. If your event is being held at The Springhouse, you are only required to purchase 1 case of Reitano wine (12 bottles). There is no wine purchase requirement for events being held at The Pavilion.
WHAT ARE THE RENTAL TIMES?
Each package is unique, but you generally have the venue from 12:00 PM on the first day of your rental (Friday if you're renting the whole weekend, Saturday if you're renting for one night) until 12:00 PM on Sunday.
DO YOU HAVE A 'GROOMS' ROOM IN THE OLD SPRINGHOUSE?
No, we do not have a dedicated groom's room within The Old Springhouse. We have two private event rooms in Reitano's Tasting Room the men can rent if desired, The Tasting Loft and The Toasting Room. The Tasting Room also boasts a cigar and bourbon lounge, a brewery, and golf simulators, which the guys typically enjoy! Check out our "for the guys" package to book. Our couples also often rent our very nearby Airbnb, Sydonia's Place as a secondary getting ready space on the wedding day. It also doubles as a great place for the couple to stay after the wedding, as it is a lovely, private, two-person cottage (with a hot tub!)
IF WE ARE HIRING REITANO BARTENDING SERVICES, ARE WE REQUIRED TO EXCLUSIVELY USE REITANO WINE?
No, but if you would like to purchase local wine we prefer you use Reitano's.
