A Message From Shelly Cook — 1/12/26

Time for my weekly blog, and as always, my heart is full of gratitude as I look around and see all that is unfolding here.

This Saturday night the 17th, we are excited to welcome Cazhmier to Reitano from 6 to 9. There is nothing like live music in the tasting room, good wine, good food, and the sound of laughter filling the room. Nights like these remind me why we built this place. It is about community, connection, and slowing down long enough to enjoy one another.

On the 23rd, we will be hosting our Rooted Table dinner, one of my favorite evenings each month. These dinners are about more than a meal. They are about gathering around the table, sharing stories, and honoring the land that provides for us.

Looking ahead, we are also planning our Valentine’s Murder Mystery for February 13. It is shaping up to be a fun and unique way to celebrate the season of love with a little intrigue mixed in. More details will be coming soon.

Behind the scenes, winter work continues in the vineyard. We are working hard to remove the spotted lantern flies from our T posts and preparing the vines for spring by fertilizing and adding soil around the plants. This quiet work often goes unseen, but it is essential for what is to come.

As always, come and see us and spend some time at the vineyard. Do not forget that Chef Oscar is serving amazing lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday, crafted with care and heart in every dish. Beginning January 30 through February 1, we will adding  dinner service, and Sunday brunch will be joining the weekly lineup ! Watch the website for menus …
